Our Fixed Pot Bearings are engineered with a high-precision pot and piston assembly, featuring an encapsulated elastomer disc and a durable anti-extrusion sealing ring. When under load, the elastomer behaves like a confined fluid, allowing for seamless rotation between the pot and piston while maintaining structural stability. Free Float Pot PTFE Bearing Solutions
Building upon our Fixed Pot design, these Free Float bearings incorporate a high-grade stainless steel plate in contact with a virgin dimpled PTFE sliding surface. This specialized interface ensures exceptionally low friction and facilitates seamless multidirectional movement. The entire assembly is fully sealed to prevent dust ingress, ensuring long-term structural flexibility and durability for complex bridge architectures in the Saudi market.
Guided Pot PTFE Bearing Solutions
Our Guided Pot PTFE Bearings provide the same rotation capabilities as the Free Float model but with a critical difference: they limit movement to a single direction. Featuring a precision-cast steel plate with integrated guide bars, the sliding surfaces are welded with high-grade stainless steel and paired with virgin dimpled PTFE. This design ensures exceptionally low friction while effectively resisting horizontal forces in the perpendicular direction. The system is fully sealed to prevent dust ingress, guaranteeing reliable performance in harsh environmental conditions.
