What can NGS deliver on a data center project?

The full water-and-ground scope: campus stormwater and flood protection (FloodFort geocellular attenuation), ground engineering with geosynthetics, substructure waterproofing, in-hall water-leak detection and secondary containment, fuel and utility containment, and the engineering, BIM and commissioning documentation that ties it together.

Do you work on live facilities or only new builds?

Both. Leak detection and containment retrofit into operating halls under permit-controlled method statements; campus drainage, waterproofing and ground works serve new builds and expansions.

How does the in-hall leak protection work?

Five layers: addressable locating sensor cable finds the leak to the metre; the controller alarms operators and the BMS/DCIM; approved isolation acts where specified; membrane-lined containment holds and routes the liquid safely; and an annual service keeps every layer tested.

Who owns performance and warranties?

Detection hardware is OEM-backed with the manufacturer's warranty passed through; controls and shutdown logic are executed with approved integrators to the consultant's cause-and-effect philosophy; NGS owns the contracted physical scope with signed inspection, testing and acceptance records.

Why is stormwater part of a data center page?
