NGS supplies the full waterproofing system range — from pre-applied membranes installed before slab pour through to sheet membranes on completed structures. Specified to international standards (ASTM, ISO, BS EN) and engineered for Saudi temperatures, salts, and ground conditions.
In Saudi Arabia's ground conditions — high salinity, fluctuating groundwater, extreme temperature cycles — concrete alone is not sufficient to keep water out of buildings, basements, tunnels, and reservoirs. The waterproofing membrane is the critical layer that protects everything downstream.
NGS supplies six membrane system families covering every application — below grade, above grade, podium, tunnel, reservoir, roof, and joint sealing. Each system is selected based on structural details, exposure conditions, design life, and installation timing.

From pre-applied blind-side barriers to UV-stable exposed membranes — each system specified to the structure, exposure, and design life.
Installed before concrete pour. Bonds mechanically to fresh concrete creating an integral barrier. Best for blind-side applications where the soil side cannot be accessed after construction.
Installed on cured concrete after the structure is built. Self-adhered or torch-applied bituminous, or sheet HDPE systems. Standard solution for accessible structures.
Thermoplastic Polyolefin / Flexible Polyolefin sheets. Excellent UV resistance, recyclable, heat-welded seams. Used for roofing, podium, and exposed applications.
Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer — synthetic rubber sheet. Exceptional flexibility, UV resistance, and 30+ year proven track record on roofs and ponds.
High-Density Polyethylene sheet. Welded watertight installations for landfill liners, reservoirs, tunnels, and high-chemical-exposure environments.
Polyvinyl Chloride sheet. Reinforced versions for roofs, podiums, and structural waterproofing where chemical resistance and weldability are priorities.
NGS provides FPO and HDPE membranes (its featured systems), plus EPDM, TPO, and PVC membrane systems for below-grade, podium, tunnel, and reservoir applications — covering pre-applied and post-applied methods.
FPO and HDPE sheet membranes are well suited to below-grade and water-retaining structures due to their durability, chemical resistance, and strong bond to concrete. NGS advises on the right system based on the structure, exposure, and ground conditions.
